These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our online shop and any order request you submit through it. Please read them carefully. By using this site or submitting an order request, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. About Us

This shop is operated by Custom Closet Florida, located at 4322 NW 120th Avenue, Sawgrass Business Park, Coral Springs, FL 33065. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Custom Closet Florida, and "you" refers to the person using this site or submitting an order request.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to submit an order request through this site. By submitting a request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Descriptions

Our shop sells standard, fixed-size furniture — including closet systems, storage units, cabinetry and related pieces. These are not made-to-measure products and cannot be modified in size or configuration. Custom, built-to-measure work is arranged separately through customclosetflorida.com.

Each product page lists that product's dimensions, materials, capacity ratings and any installation requirements specific to it. Those published specifications form part of these terms for the product you order, and take precedence over any general description elsewhere on this site.

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. However:

• Product images, renders and lifestyle photographs are for illustration. Accessories, clothing, decorative items and styling props shown in images are not included unless expressly stated.
• Finishes and colors may appear differently depending on your screen and on lighting conditions in your home.
• Minor variations in wood grain, color and hardware are inherent to manufactured wood furniture and are not defects.
• We may improve or modify product specifications over time. Where a change is material, we will inform you before your order is confirmed.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are the current published price for that configuration. No quote is required to see a price.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, published prices do not include delivery, installation, or applicable sales tax. These are quoted separately based on your address and confirmed before payment.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price confirmed by your advisor, not necessarily the price displayed when you submitted your request.

Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to decline or cancel any order request placed at an incorrect price, even after it has been submitted. If this happens, we will tell you before any payment is arranged, and you are free to proceed at the corrected price or cancel at no cost.

5. How Orders Work

Our shop operates on an order request model. It is important that you understand how this works before you submit anything.

The process works as follows:

• You submit a request. You select your system, add it to your cart, and provide your contact and delivery details. Your order is recorded with an "on hold" status.
• We contact you. An advisor will contact you by phone, email or text within a reasonable time — normally within 24 business hours — to confirm availability, delivery cost, delivery timeline and any applicable taxes, and to provide payment instructions.
• You decide. You may proceed with the order or cancel it at no cost. There is no obligation to continue.
• Payment and confirmation. If you proceed, you arrange payment as described in Section 7. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and verified.
• Delivery. We schedule delivery once your order is confirmed.

6. Order Acceptance

A binding contract of sale is formed only when we have confirmed your order in writing and received and verified your payment. Until then, no contract exists between us.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order request, in whole or in part, at our discretion and without liability, including where:

• The product is unavailable or has been discontinued
• The price or product description contained an error
• Your delivery address falls outside our service area or is not reasonably accessible
• The information you provided is incomplete, inaccurate or cannot be verified
• We are unable to reach you after reasonable attempts
• We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity

Where we decline a request, we will notify you. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

7. Payment

We do not process payments through this website. No credit card, debit card or bank account details are collected or stored by our shop.

Payment is arranged directly with your advisor after your order is confirmed. Our standard payment method is bank transfer. Your advisor will provide the account details and the final amount due, including delivery and any applicable taxes.

Do not transfer funds before an advisor has confirmed your order and provided instructions. We are not responsible for transfers made to accounts we did not provide to you directly, or for amounts sent before a final total has been confirmed.

After paying, please email your transfer receipt to sales@customclosetflorida.com, using "SHOP" and your order number as the subject line. Delivery is scheduled once payment is verified.

8. Delivery

We deliver throughout South Florida from our own facility in Coral Springs. Delivery cost and timeline are quoted based on your address and confirmed before payment. If your address falls outside our standard service area, we will tell you whether we can reach you and at what cost.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, supplier delays or events affecting access to your property.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Someone aged 18 or over is present to receive and sign for the delivery
• There is safe and reasonable access to the delivery location, including parking, elevators, stairways and doorways adequate for the product's dimensions
• Any building requirements — such as scheduling with a management office or reserving a service elevator — are arranged in advance

If we cannot complete delivery because these conditions are not met, a redelivery fee may apply.

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. Any visible damage or shortage must be noted at the time of delivery and reported to us in writing, with photographs, within 48 hours. Claims made after that period may not be accepted.

9. Installation and Assembly

Some of our products require professional installation, some require assembly, and some are ready to use on arrival. Each product page states which applies. Installation is available across our service area and is quoted separately.

If you assemble or install a product yourself, follow the instructions and hardware supplied with it. Do not substitute fixings or omit steps.

Do not exceed the load ratings published for your product. Shelves, drawers, racks and mounting systems are rated for the weights stated in the product documentation, and exceeding them may cause failure and voids the warranty.

10. Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel an order request at any time before payment, at no cost and for any reason. Simply reply to your confirmation email or call us.

Cancellations after payment, returns, and damaged or defective items are governed by our Returns & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Warranty

Our products are covered by the warranty described in the documentation provided with your order, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper installation, alteration of the product, accidents, or exposure to conditions outside normal indoor residential use — including excessive moisture.

Except as expressly stated, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Your Account

You may create an account to track your requests and save your details. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to submit false or fraudulent requests, to interfere with its operation or security, to access it by automated means without our permission, or for any unlawful purpose.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, product names, photographs, renders, technical drawings, logos and design elements — is owned by Custom Closet Florida or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this site or any order placed through it will not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The terms that apply to your order are those in effect at the time your order is confirmed. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
